At Bemmaluxewigs, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, please carefully read our return policy before making a purchase.
Wigs, Hair Extensions & Hair Products
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all wigs, hair extensions, bundles, frontals, closures, and hair products are non-refundable once opened, worn, installed, brushed, combed, cut, coloured, washed, altered, or tampered with in any way.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must remain unused and in its original condition
- Lace must not be cut
- Tags, packaging, and security seals must remain intact
- Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos must be provided
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made wigs
- Pre-ordered items
- Sale or clearance items
- Used or altered wigs/hair
- Opened hair care products
- Gift cards
Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by Bemma Beauty Empire.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
