All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Custom wigs and pre-orders may require additional processing time
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message where applicable.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Customs & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Bemmaluxewigs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect information is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping orders

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier company, Bemmaluxewigs is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Delivery delays
  • Stolen parcels marked as delivered

However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues with the courier.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect their parcel and it is returned to us:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs
